Aarish believes designers can lead the way in the creation of successful products, services, and systems through strategic innovation and human-centered design. He has a passion for uncovering and developing new and innovative opportunities that add value to users and the business.
Currently, he works at BCG Digital Ventures in Los Angeles as a Strategic Designer; working in collaborative teams to invent new ventures for the worlds largest corporations. Previously, he worked at fuseproject and Samsung in the Bay Area as a design researcher and strategist.
Aarish also has a background in industrial design and has helped bring to market products in Singapore and India. Having worked in several cities globally, he brings with him, a strong understanding of different consumer markets, cultures and human behavior.
Aarish holds a masters degree in Industrial Design from the ArtCenter College of Design along with an MBA from the Claremont Graduate University. His work has been awarded the Red Dot Best of the Best, SPARK Gold, Core77 Student Notable and Fast Company Innovation by Design honoree awards.
His projects have been published by Fast Company, Dezeen, Design Milk, WGSN, and other design publications.
Beyond design, his interests include entrepreneurship, photography, travel and reading up on history.
